OKOKISS Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your OKOKISS purchase! If you're not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following policies.

1. Holiday Returns

Refunds follow our 30-day return policy.

2. Standard Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: 30 days with proof of purchase.
Eligible Items: All orders except sale items, earrings, and engraved pieces.
Defective Items: Replacements are available within 30 days (excludes normal wear and tear).
Non-Returnable:
- Sale/clearance items are final sale.
- Opened scents, candles, sage sticks, and soaps cannot be returned.
Exchanges: Once exchanged, items cannot be refunded.

3. Return Process

With a Provided Label (Defective Items Only)

Pack items securely in original packaging.
Include a note with your order number and reason for return.
Ship the package within 3 business days.

4. International Returns

Returns, exchanges, and replacements must be within 30 days of delivery.
Customers cover return shipping costs; OKOKISS covers outbound shipping for replacements due to damage.

5. Cancellations & Special Sales

Orders can be canceled within 5 hours for a full refund.
Pre-orders can be canceled before processing for a full refund.
Only one promo code per order; discounts apply only within the promotional period.

6. Important Notes

Return labels are provided only for damaged or defective products.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Redo services (exchanges, store credits, pick-ups) are non-refundable.
